Day 1 12 May Arrival in Paris

After a sumptuous breakfast, we start our day with a visit to the Louvre Museum, taking in some of the finest art in the world including Leonardo da Vinci’s Mona Lisa. After our visit, we will head over to St Chapelle . The chapel was commissioned by King Louis IX, its primary purpose was to house sacred relics, such as the Crown of Thorns. The building is split into a lower chapel for staff and an upper chapel for royalty, famous for its 1,113 panels of 13th-century stained glass that cover nearly 80% of the walls.
